Avi wakes up extremely confused in what appears to be a hospital bed. When she looks over, she realizes she’s been chained to the bed with shackles! She can’t figure out what’s going on or why she feels so strange inside. All of the sudden, something begins to happen to her. She starts to feel something overcome her body as changes that are more than human take place. She screams for help, but realizing there is no one there to help, and having no time to stop what is happening to her, her body takes a whole new form and a savage beast takes over!
